honi is very strong
Abhimanyu’s son was King Parikshit. After King Parikshit, his son Janamejaya became the king.
One day Janamejaya was sitting near Vedvyas ji. During the conversation, Janmejay said to Ved Vyas ji with some displeasure that, “Where you were capable, great people like Lord Shri Krishna, Bhishma Pitamah, Guru Dronacharya, Vice Chancellor Kripacharya ji, Dharmaraja Yudhishthir, were present…Still, you could not stop the Mahabharata war from happening and within no time there was immense loss of life and property. If I had been alive at that time, I would have saved this destruction from happening with my efforts.”
Even after hearing the words of Janmejaya full of arrogance, Vyas ji remained calm.
He said, “Son, do not doubt the ability of your ancestors. This was decided by the law, which could not be changed, if this could have happened then only Shri Krishna had the power to stop the war.
Janmejay remained adamant on his point and said, “I do not believe in this theory. You are a prophet, tell me anything that will happen in my life… I will stop it and prove that the rules of law are not fixed.”
Vyas ji said, “Son, if this is what you want then listen….”
After a few years, you will go hunting on a black horse and reach the sea shore in the south… There you will find a beautiful woman… whom you will bring to the palaces, and marry her. I will tell you not to do all this but still you will do all this. After this, on the request of that girl, you will perform a yagya… I am warning you today itself that you should get that Yagya done by old Brahmins.. But, you will get that Yagya done by young Brahmins… and..
Janmejay laughingly interrupted Vyasji and said, “If I will not sit on a black horse from today onwards, then all these incidents will not happen.”
Vyas ji said, “All this will happen… and now listen further…,” such an incident will happen in that Yagya… that you, on the orders of that queen, will give death penalty to those young Brahmins, so that You will be guilty of the sin of killing a Brahmin… and you will suffer from leprosy… and that will be the cause of your death. If you can stop this incident then stop it.”
After listening to Vedvyas ji, Janmejaya stopped going hunting as a precaution. But when the time came, he felt a strong desire to go hunting. He thought that he would not buy a black horse, but that day he found a black horse in the stable. Then he thought that…I will not go towards the south but the horse went out of control towards the south and reached the beach where he saw a beautiful woman and was attracted to her. Janmejay thought that he would take it to the palace…But I will not marry.
But, after bringing her to the palaces, he fell in love with her and married her. Then at the request of the queen, a yagya was also performed by Janmejaya. Only young Brahmins were allowed to perform that yagya.
On some issue the young Brahmins started laughing at the queen. The queen became angry, and on the queen’s request, King Janmejay sentenced him to death. As a result, he contracted leprosy.
Now Janmejay got scared and immediately reached Vyas ji and started praying to him to save his life.
Vedvyas ji said, “I am giving you one last chance to save your life…, I will make you listen to the incident that happened in Mahabharata, which you have to listen to with faith and belief…, this will cure your leprosy.” Will disappear.
But if you disbelieve on any incident…, then I will stop the episode of Mahabharata…, and then I too will not be able to save your life…, remember now this is your last chance.
By now Janmejay had complete faith in Vyasji’s words, so he started listening to the story with full devotion and faith.
Vyas ji started the story and when he narrated the incident of Bhima’s strength…, in which Bhima caught the elephants by their trunks and threw them in the space…, those elephants are still roaming in the space…, then Janmejay could not stop himself and asked how could this be possible. I do not agree.
Vyas ji stopped the story of Mahabharata and said, “Son, how much I explained to you…not to disbelieve…but you could not control your nature. Because it was decided by fate. “.
Then Vyas ji invoked with the power of his mantra… and those elephants started falling down due to the attraction power of the earth… Then Vyas ji said, this is the proof of my words”.
The amount of faith that Janmejay listened to the story,
To that extent, he was freed from that leprosy but one point remained and that became the cause of his death.

Summary :-
First destinies are made, then bodies are made.
Karma is in our hands…but its result is not in our hands.
In the 33rd verse of the 11th chapter of the Gita, Shri Krishna says to Arjun, “Stand up and achieve fame through your work. All these have already been killed by me, you have become only an instrument.”
Honi cannot be avoided but the effect of Honi can be reduced by doing good deeds and chanting the name of God, meaning diseases will come but there will be no pain.
