60 km towards east from Ambikapur city. There is a place called Samarbar, where Kailash cave is situated amidst the natural forest Sushma. Most revered Saint Rameshwar Gahira Guru Ji has carved the hill rocks into Tarashankar. A huge fair is organized on Mahashivratri. Its tourist places are the cave-built Shiv Parvati temple, Bagh Mada, Badhadrat Bir, Yagya Mandap, Water Falls, Gurukul Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Gahira Guru Ashram.
