RINMUKTESHWAR/SHRI KUKARRAMATH RINMUKTESHWAR ANCIENT TEMPLE DINDORI,MADHYA PRADESH
The historic Hrunmukteshwar Temple is a significant religious site situated in Dindori, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is an ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is considered to be a revered pilgrimage site by devotees.

Kukarramath Temple is also known as Srirunmukteshwar Temple. It is situated 14 kilometers away from Dindori district headquarters. The temple is situated in Kukarramath village after walking 10 km on Dindori-Amarkantak road and 4 km from the main road. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is said that by worshiping and having darshan of Lord Shiva in the temple, one gets freedom from debt to ancestors, debt to God and debt to Guru. People from nearby areas and most of the residents of Narmada Parikrama definitely come to visit the temple. On Mahashivratri, Nagpanchami and other religious festivals, a large number of devotees come here from far and wide to visit.
The Ranmukteshwar temple is believed to be constructed around 1000 AD. Some people believe it to be from the 8th century. According to a belief, this temple is from the Kalchuri period. There was once a group of 6 temples here, but due to adverse effects of weather and time, only this temple has survived, all the rest are in ruins. The temple is built on a huge platform. A huge Shivalinga is present in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. There is a statue of Nandi in front of the main entrance of the temple.
