Vishnu Mantra

अविनामापनाय विष्णो दमाय मनः शमय विषयमृगतृष्णम्।
भूतादयां विस्ताराय तारे संसारसागरतः

avinaamapanaay vishno damay manah shamay vishayamrgatrshnaam.
bhootadayaan vistaaray taaray sansaarasaagaratah

Oh Lord Vishnu! Drive away (my) shamelessness, calm (my) mind and dispel the mirage of worldly pleasures. Spread compassion (in me) towards all beings. Lead me across the ocean of worldly existence (to the shore, to salvation)
