Vimaleshwar Mandir/The Leaning Temple of Huma Tabada,Odisha

The temple built at a place called Huma in Sambalpur district is unique in the whole world for its distinctive art. There are only two temples of this kind in the whole world. One of these temples is in Sambalpur district of Odisha. Here Lord Shiva is worshiped in the name of Lord Vimleshwar. The specialty of this temple is that the temple is inclined to one side. However, there is no definite evidence of its tilting. Devotees coming to this temple also claim that their vows are successful. Because of this this temple is very famous.

One specialty of this temple built on the banks of Mahanadi is that no one kills the fish found here. Because people believe that these fish are the property of God. A big fair is organized here every year on the occasion of Shivratri. Generally tourists visiting Western Odisha do not forget to visit this tilted temple of Huma.
