Amleshwar Mahadev Temple Baireni,Dhading,Nepal

Amleshwar Mahadev Mandir is one of the well known temple locally and in many places. It has very big historical and religious importance.The temple is believed to have been established 200 years ago. The temple is situated between the Trishuli River and Mahesh Kola. It is said that Prithvi Narayan Shah established the temple here after conquering Nuakot. The ancient Shivlinga is installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple and it is a black colored Shivlinga. A big fair is held here on Harivodhani Ekadashi.
