Ashapuri Mahadev Temple is a Hindu temple located in Bhaktapuri, Nepal. As the name of the temple itself can be known that this temple is completely dedicated to Lord Shiva. Ashapuri Mahadev Temple is also known as Ashapureshwar Mahadev Temple. This temple of Lord Mahadev, the god of gods, is situated amidst the hills. The natural scenery around the temple is very beautiful. There are two small natural springs near the temple, the sound of water is heard in the temple. Ashapuri Mahadev Temple is located at a distance of about 6 kms from Doleshwar Mahadev Temple. This temple of Mahadev is small but a large number of devotees come to see Mahadev.
