Beautiful place . Must visiting place . Best time to go if u want to listen kirtan and meditate is Sunday morning and any weekdays evening 5 to 8 pm . Saturday’s and Sunday’s evenings are usually crowded. This is the only religious place in aus, where People from all religion are welcome. Served free food and place to listen kirtan . Pray peaceful. Very good atmosphere to pray. Langer which is sikh tradition to feed the hunger. Here Langer will happen every Sunday. Food called as prasadam is very good.sweet ,dal ,chawal(rice) ,chapathi, raitha is the menu items. You will fully satisfied after having food.

Sikh temple situated in Glenwood , is a grand building with an imposing entrance and huge prayer hall . Usual feature of any Gurudwara, is the free ‘langar’ and food to all devotees. All the functions managed by volunteers from the faith even the so called menial jobs are done by devotees irrespective of their funancial strata in the society. This gurduwara is open to everyone regardless of your faith or cultural background. Everyone is welcome to come and eat langar. Also to listen to the prayers.
Gurdwara Sahib Glenwood is a nice and calm place of worship and Guru Ka Langar served here is filled with the blessing of God. The largest Gurudwara in Southern Hemisphere. It is accessible and serves Langar 7 days a week. Sunday is a big mass day and if you are visiting for the first time, it is the best day to experience and see the culture.
