The temple was established 1000 years ago. Shivalinga is installed inside the temple which is black in colour. It is said that a cow herder belonging to a landlord used to come to this forest with his cows. There was a cow used to offer milk here. When Malik asked where the milk of this cow goes.Figure it out. After searching it was found that at this very place the cow offers milk on Shivalinga. The temple was built here.
