Raja Loni Singh’s accountant Budhai had built the temple 400 years ago. The Shivalinga of the temple changes color to white, brown and black three times a day. Many cripples and lepers have been cured here. A woman offered her tongue here and she too got cured. A fair is organized here during Amavasya and Sawan in which crowd of devotees gather. Maharudra Yagya is performed here during Shivratri.
