Baneshwar Mandir/Shree Astashambhu Temple Kualo,Odisha

Astashambhu Temple,Kualo is situated at a distance of 72 km from Dhenkanal. Kualo is a place that has several temples dedicated to different Hindu Gods. There are temples like Lord Kanakeswar, Lord Balunkeswar, Sri Baidyanath, Paschimeswar, Kapileswar, etc. Even though some portions of the temples are ruined, people throng the temples to seek the blessings of the Gods seated in those temples. The temples of Kualo feature some of the amazing temple architectures of Odisha. The temples are high and large in structure.

Astasambhu Temple : An Ancient 11th century Site dedicated to Lord Shiva . There are total 8 Shivalingams in this temple.this temple has Kalinga style architecture ,so A garbha Griha was there in which a big Shivalingam is present. Walls of the temple are damaged so simple sandstones are fixes in the place of eroded ones.
