The twelve Mahadev temples situated on the northern side of the fort are amazing. The residents here do not have to go out to have darshan of the twelve Jyartilingas. Bhamashah Ganpatrai Khemka built a temple in the city itself. Pandit, who has been managing the essence of the temple for about three generations, said that the ancient temple is a symbol of the architectural art of Rajasthan. It was constructed in 1968. The temple is about 110 years old. 12 Shivlinga temples have been built and established in the temple. Goddess Parvati and Nandi are present in the sanctum sanctorum of the temples.

The special thing is that devotees of all Shiva temples can do only half parikrama. Apart from this, Laddoo Gopal, Ganesh and Shaligram are also installed in the temple. The priest of the temple told that a crowd of devotees gather here during Sawan. Devotees please Lord Ashutosh with Jalabhishek and Rudrabhishek. Special decoration of the temple is done on Mahashivratri. Many events take place.

A unique story came to light regarding the construction of the temple. Temple priest Pandit Sunil Mishra said that in olden times, due to lack of means of transport, devotees were not able to go to Jyotirlingas. This was the reason why Bhamashah Ganpatrai Khemka got the temple constructed. The most interesting fact in this is that Shivlinga was carved in the temple itself. After this, all the Shivalingas were made to circumambulate the famous 12 Jyotirlingas as part of Sanatan Aastha. After this, 12 temples were built and his life was consecrated.

Here Lord Shiva is present together in his 12 forms. Who are worshiped in the morning and evening. Due to this specialty, this temple is unique in itself.

This is probably the first temple of Shekhawati region. Where the statues of the twelve Jyotirlingas of the country are installed together. Priest Sunil Mishra said, before the installation of the idol, each Shivalinga was made to circumambulate Somnath and other holy pilgrimage places. Each was named and established accordingly.

Here the names like Somnathaya Namah, Rameshvaraya Namah, Mahakalay Namah, Amareshvaraya Namah, Vaidyanathaya Namah, Naganathaya Namah, Ramanathaya Namah, Trimbakeshvaraya Namah, Vishwanathaya Namah, Bhimshankaraya Namah, Kedarnathaya Namah and Ghushmeshvaraya Namah etc. Twelve Shiva Lingas are established.
