Bargaon Sun Temple of Dwapar period
This temple is located in Bargaon at a distance of 10 km from Bihar Sharif in Nalanda district. According to religious experts, King Shamb, the grandson of Lord Shri Krishna, was suffering from leprosy. After which he took bath, meditated and worshiped the Sun in the lake located near the temple. This is a sun temple where a statue of world god sun who provides energy to all the living things. There is a pond near temple which is related to hindu god shree krishna and it is from dwaper yug.
