Chaumukhi Mahadev Basarh, Bihar

Chaumukhi Mahadev, or Chaturmukhi Mahadev, is a historic Hindu temple located about 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) from Vaishali Garh in Bihar, India. The temple has a Shivalinga with four deity faces, Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh and Surya. While the time of construction is unknown, it is believed to have been built during the fifth century.
