A nice holy place, situated within city area of Ahmedabad still very peaceful.
Once inside, you can feel the tranquility and divinity.
A beautiful small temple nestled in University and Residential area. There are 2 shrines. The temple is dedicated to Shri Munisuvratswami, the 20th Tirthankar (prophet) of the Jains. While another shrine is dedicated to Dadasaheb, a Jain monk and Guruji, (who was contemporary of Akbar), and did a lot for protection and propagation of Jain religion. The temple dedicated to Dadasaheb is within a hall, open on all sides. Intricate carvings adorn the ceilings and other elements of this hall. There is a belief of visiting this place on Mondays, they say, it fulfills your desires. From what I have heard, a lot of youngsters come here for darshan on Mondays, with a prayer that their bonding with their partner or loved one increases.
