Evidence of spiritual and religious story
The history of Hindu religion is believed to be even before the Vedic period. The oral (Tu Vedasya Mukham) tradition continued for centuries, through which the history and scriptures of Hindu religion continued to move forward. After that, the period of writing it down (Tu Vedasya Hastau) has also been very long.
Perhaps that is why we get to read and hear many stories and tales through mythology, which are not mentioned in any scripture. This possibility cannot be denied that even if it was written in any scripture, it was destroyed by foreign invaders. When all the major centers of Hindu religion, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, Baba Vishwanath’s city Kashi and even Shri Krishna’s Janmabhoomi were not spared, then we can easily imagine what would have happened to our religious texts.
Therefore, we Sanatani should not ask for proof of any spiritual or religious story or legend unless it is harmful to our religion and faith.
