History of Feng Shui Lucky Cat
According to Japanese belief, once upon a time, the god of wealth was on a tour of the city, when suddenly it rained heavily. To avoid this rain, he resorted to a tree and stood under it. Just then, his eyes fell on the cat sitting in the corner, who was calling him to shake his hand. When the cat summoned the god of wealth went to him there. Then due to lightning, the tree was broken and destroyed under which the god was standing. The god of wealth survived because of the calling of the cat at the last minute. After this, the God of wealth blessed the owner of that lucky cat to become rich. The cat died sometime later. After this, his owner buried the cat and made a hand-waving idol named Manki Nikko in his memory. After this, it became a tradition to keep the idol of the feng shui lucky cat in house and workplace, which moved hands to avoid crises and for economic prosperity.
