By Air: You can reach Diu Island by flying from Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jammu, or Cochin. Air charter services are available on Diu Island which can take you to the air base nearest to the temple.

Sea Route: Diu island can also be reached by sea route. One can travel to Diu Island from Mumbai, Jammu, Ahmedabad or Cochin via boat or sea ship. After reaching the sea pier adjacent to Diu, you will have to reach Diu Temple by road.

From Dwarka or Jamnagar: From Dwarka or Jamnagar city you can also use road route to Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple, Diu.
