Hazaria Mahadev Temple -(talbehat) The historical Shiva temple is situated on the ghat of Mansarovar Lake, where a very big Shiva Linga is installed, the size of Shiva Linga is very big. Thousands of Shivalingas are carved on the main stone Shivalinga. Therefore this Shivalinga is famous by the name of Hazari Mahadev.

A fair of devotees is organized at the Hazaria temple of Chandela period.

Talbehat. Hazaria Mahadev Temple, situated on the banks of Mansarovar Lake, is frequented by devotees all the time. But on Mondays of the month of Sawan and Mahashivratri, there is a fair of devotees here all the time. Devotees coming here believe that whatever wish they bring to Bhole Baba’s temple is definitely fulfilled.

There are two huge Shivalingas on the banks of Mansarovar Lake. Which are quite old. Historians have described them as being of the Chandela era. Which has thousands of years of history in its past. A Shivalinga built on the banks of the lake inside Bharatgarh Fort is known as Kot Shivlinga inside and the Shivalinga built near the Vote Club outside is known as Kot Hazaria Mahadev Temple.

It is said about both the Shivalingas that they are of the same size and made of the same stone. Whose pindi’s diameter is approximately six feet eight inches and height is 2 feet 5 inches. There are 11 circles of small Shivalingas made on the pindi of each Shivalinga. There are 108 Shivalingas made in each circle. People believe that the queen used to have darshan of both the Shivalingas from her palace.
Although there is presence of devotees here all the time, but on Mahashivratri, Monday of the month of Sawan, a fair of devotees is organized all the time.

A large number of devotees come here every day to have darshan. On Mahashivratri and other festivals, bhajans, kirtans etc. are held.
