Hanuman Setu Mandir Lucknow
Hanuman Setu Temple is a Hanuman temple on the banks of the Gomti River in Lucknow. This temple is built on the banks of a bridge over the river. For this reason this bridge is called Hanuman Setu and the temple is called Hanuman Setu Temple. This temple was built by Neem Karori Baba. A temple of Baba has also been built adjacent to this temple.
This bridge connects Hazratganj to Lucknow University.
Earlier, there used to be Monkey Bridge at this place, which was washed away in the flood of Gomti River in 1972. A new bridge has been built at that same place. On the banks of the bridge is the Union Building of Lucknow University and the residential colony of the Central Drug Research Institute (CDRI).On the other side, as soon as you get down from the bridge, there is Parivartan Chowk, on the right side of which is Hotel Clarks Awadh and Chhatar Manzil.
