This hindu temple is situated on top of the temple hill near Peoria City. A must go place for all the hindu devotees around the central IL state. The Navagraha (Nine Planets) deities are one of the very special attractions here. The temple atmosphere is very calm and soothing. Holy Vedic mantras are chanted by the temple priests, they also have a separate pious place for Homa and Yagna at the back of the temple building.

Only Hindu temple in Peoria. It has idols of all gods and you feel very calm and peaceful here. They have daily Puja and lunch is served on weekends. Truly a divine place. The priests are really doing their duty very well. Monday special pooja with Vedic Chantings is superb. Great divine place. They teach Yoga, Bhajans, Gita slokas. etc. A divine learning experience for kids.
