Hindu Temple Society
380 Stoney Stanton Rd, Coventry CV6 5DJ, United Kingdom
We have been serving the community for over fifty years, since 1968, when the old building opened its gates to devotees. As Coventry’s Hindu population grew, we moved to our current building on Stoney Stanton Road in 2011, to keep up with the increasing demands for bigger community events and rituals.
Today we celebrate all major festivals, like Ram Navmi, Maha Shivratri, Navaratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, among many others. Everyone is welcome to join us in singing bhajans and kirtans, and eating delicious food prepared by our tireless volunteers.
We hold regular Satyanarayan katha and havan, and the priests are available to book for private rituals and pooja as well. The mandir hall is also available to be booked for private religious functions and bhandhara.
Our commitment to serving the community shows in our range of free classes available to anyone. We have regular classical dance and tabla classes, and we are planning to restart our popular Hindi language classes soon.
We hope you enjoy your visit to the temple!
Jai Mata Di!
