The Kasba Kali Bari, also known as the Kamalasagar Kali Temple, is a Durga temple in Tripura that was converted into a Kali temple. The kasba Kali Temple, was built on a hill-top by Maharaja Dhanya Manikya in the late 15th century. It is situated just deside the Bangladesh border, The kamalasagar lake in front of this temple.The large ‘Kamala Sagar’ lake dug by king Dhanya Manikya (1490-1520), one of the holy temple to visit. To and fro journey is only 65 kns from GB Bazaar area or hardly 50 kms from Agartala town area. Bangladesh train is also an attraction. The place is surrounded by BSF. Situated near the India-Bangladesh Border this Kali Bari dates back to the 15th century, and holds a great significance for all the devotees here! People travel from Agartala to visit this place! It also has some stunning views of sunset by the lake side! This temple is around 500 years old, and it is located in India but border side of Bangladesh, design of temple very simple and its decorate by new.

The Kamaleshwari Temple is located in a beautiful lake known as the Kamalasagar and it is about 25 kilometres away from Agartala. The Kamaleshwari Temple is dedicated to Goddess Kali, the goddess of Shakti. Goddess Kali is the principal deity in Tripura and for this reason the Kamaleshwari Temple is also known as the Kasba Kali Bari by the local population. The temple is always crowded since many devotees and tourists from around the world visit the temple. The temple was built in the 15th Century and the worshipping of the Goddess Kali is still carried out following the rituals of the royal lineage. The temple is located near the border of Bangladesh and the location is really beautiful surrounded by green grassland and a relaxing lake which is also one of the main tourist attractions with a scenic beauty of great serenity.Just near the kamalasagar lake we can heard the whistle of the trains from Bangladesh , what a memorable & mesmerizing ambiance it is.
Pera sweets which are available near the temple are very tasty & of good quality too.
