In Palsana of Surat district, Swayambhu, in dark complexion, providing Brahmanand, of the Shivling of Shri Kankeshwar Mahadev. The temple is 500 years old. A black colored Shivalinga is installed in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. In Shivalinga, there is another idol of Shiva and another idol of Parvati.
