The Kedareshwar Temple is very holly and ancient temple. It is also popularly knows as ‘Dakshin Kashi’. It is located on right bank of river Tapi near Prakasha in Shahada Tehsil of Nadurbar District. Near this temple the right bank tributary of the Tapi , The river Gomaati (गोमाई) meet to the river Tapi and made Sangam . Where the Sangameshwaar Mahadev Temple is located.
