Lakshmi Mantra

कुचैलिनं दन्तमलोपधारिनं,

बह्वाशिनां नितुर्वाक्यभाषीनां,

सूर्योदये ह्यस्तमायेपि शयिनं,

विमुञ्चति श्रीरापि चक्रपाणिम्।

kuchailinan dantamalopadhaarinan,

bahvaashinan niturvaakyabhaashinan,

sooryodaye hyastamayepi shayinan,

vimunchati shreerapi chakrapaanim.

Those who wear dirty clothes, have dirty teeth, eat too much, speak harsh words, sleep at the time of sunrise and sunset, even if Lord Vishnu himself is there, then Goddess Lakshmi also forsakes them, hence man should be free from all these things. Should be avoided.
