Sri Brahmarambha sameta Sri Malleswara Swamy Temple of Pedakakani is an Old Saiva temple, associated with Puranas (Sage Bharadwaja and a crow i.e, (kaaki), hence the name Kakani) and Srisailam. The temple has an old well (Yajna Baavi) and a shrine dedicated to Lord Subrahmanyeswara is also located nearby.

Pedakakani Sri Bramarambha Malleswara Swamy temple is a famous 1000 years old Lord Shiva temple located in Pedakakani village, Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh State. The temple lies just outside of Guntur city at a distance of just 10 km from Guntur on Guntur – Vijayawada highway road. The temple is just 26 km away from Vijayawada city.

Sri Malleswara Swamy temple was first installed by Sri Adi Shankaracharya and was later renovated by Sri Krishnadevaraya.
The temple is famous among the devotees for Rahu Ketu Pujas. Many marriages are also performed here in this temple.
