This is a temple of Lord Shiva namely Swyambhoo Mardeshwar Mahadev. This is one of the ancient temple of lord shiva and famous for the huge size of shivling. According to mythology the shivling getting bigger by the size of rise seed every year. The shivlig has four layers. Thousands of people visit this holy place on Monday, during Shravan and on occasion of Mahashivratri. the silver cobra having weight of 160 KG also dedicated to shri Mardeshwar Mahadev. This temple is situated at Palikhand village on Lunawada Highway, at distance of 2 K.M. from Shehera. Two temples Mardeshwar Mahadev temple is an ancient and adjoining new Mahakali temple .
