Padmatirth Shukrawar Peth,Washim,Maharashtra

It’s believed that Lord Vishnu once visited this place in search of Garuda(eagle – vehicle of Lord Vishnu). While doing so he kept his Padma(Lotus) on ground. Later when that place was dig, a large lake was formed called as PadmaTirth! Along with a shiva temple.

Intresting thing is that man’s Bones get dissolved in this water automatically.
