The temple can be easily reached by private buses, tempos and government roadways buses. History – Temple priest Pandit Shivswaroop Sharma said that it is said that earlier there used to be a forest here. A farmer was plowing the field at this place with a plough. Its plow collided with the termite bomb, due to its origin from the termite bomb, the Shivalinga of the temple is called Shri Bameshwar Mahadev. After performing Jalabhishek here, people’s wishes started getting fulfilled miraculously. In the 17th century, it was ruled by the king of Gwalior. Hearing the glory of Shivalinga, the king built a temple here and the huge Shiva Ganga in the east direction, after which the temple has been renovated from time to time. Preparation – In the month of Shravan, Kanwariyas bring water from Haridwar, Brajghat etc. and every Monday lakhs of devotees and Kanwariyas perform Jalabhishek on Shivalinga in the temple.
