Pandukeshwar/Pandukeshor Temple Thaha,Palung,Makwanpur,Nepal

Amazing hindu temple located at palung. Recently renovated. The temple is three storeyed and built in Pagoda style. There is a natural rock Shivling in the temple. There are idols of Narayan, Ganesh and Hanuman in all the corners inside the temple. In this Tirtha, Marich Rishi’s son Panduk pleased Lord Shiva by doing penance and Lord Shiva appeared. That is why the temple was named Pandukeshwar. The temple was established in 810 AD. A black colored Shivlinga is installed in the temple.
