Pataleshwar Berada/Lord Shiva Temple Berada,West Bengal

Pataleshwar Berada Temple was established 1000 years ago. Restoration of the temple by F.C. Mukherjee had got it done. The Shivalinga in the temple is decorated with green leaves. Four big snake gods are made of silver and a brass pitcher is hanging above the Shivalinga. Shivalinga is black in colour. No one knows how old the temple is. Devotees visit the temple every day. Shivratri Fair: A fair is held here on the 18th of Baishakh month. The peak of the temple is white in colour. Apart from Shiva temple, Hanuman ji is installed in Kali temple.
