Ancient temple Shri Kedar Nath Ji Patiala

While going from Patiala to Rajpura Ambala Chandigarh, there is the ancient Shri Kedarnath temple before the big river and the new bus stand.
From time to time, langar bhandara and katha kirtan are organized in the temple.

The royal king of Patiala Maharaja Narinder Singh went to Haridwar, Rishikesh and Badrinath in 1852 (Samant 1909). It is believed that on return to Patiala he came with the maps of buildings and on the basis of these maps he got constructed temples on Rajpura Road. The King got constructed these temples for the Convenience of his people who want to visit these places but couldn’t afford.
