The Pushpadanteshwar temple is east-facing behind the Kedareshwar temple on the banks of the Tapi river in the west of the village. The carvings on the temple, the structure of the temple, the huge banks, the dome on the Sabhamandap, the body of Mahadev inside and it’s depth. This body is self-existent. A king always worshiped in a temple. One day while performing puja, he fell short of a flower, so he took out one of his teeth and offered it like a flower. Since then its name became Pushpadanteshwar. However, there is a legend that if someone removes his tooth to avoid interruption in the puja, that tooth blossoms on that pindi, hence the name Pushpadanteshwar Temple.
