Rameshwar/Rameshwaram Mahadev Temple,Bundi Rajasthan
Rameshwar Mahadev Temple is a temple of Shiva located in Akora, Bundi, Rajasthan, India. This temple is situated near a large waterfall in the Aravalli mountain range. It is a famous temple in the Hadoti region of Rajasthan, and is visited by devotees from both Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
The temple is built like a cave. Inside the temple there is a Panchmukhi Shivalinga, which is said to be self-manifested. There are 108 stairs in the temple. A large number of Dharamshalas have been built for the devotees who visit.
An annual fair is held at the temple during the festival of Mahashivratri between February and March. A large number of devotees gather to have darshan of Shiva. In the month of Shravan, four to five thousand devotees come for darshan every day.
