Shiv Mandir Khandeh Hamirpur

There is an ancient settlement named Khandeh, 12 kilometers south-west of Maudaha tehsil. This settlement of historical importance is famous for the antiquity and grandeur of the temples. Shiv Darbar temple of Ram Darbar, about 400 years old. It is built in an area of ​​approximately one acre. Ram Darbar temple was built by the then landlord Chandidin Dubey. Ashtadhatu idols of Ram, Lakshman and Sita were present in it. The entire Ramkatha, Mahabharata and Krishna Leela scenes are depicted on granite stones in the temple.
