Shree Parshwanath Digambar Jain Atishay Kshetra, Ankleshwar,Bharuch,Guajarat

There is a railway station named Ankleshwar between Surat and Baroda in Gujarat. Ankleshwar village is about 1 km away from there. Here, a miraculous idol of Lord Parshvanath has been found from Bhoyre, which is famous by the name of Chintamani Parshvanath. This is a common place where worries are removed by seeing this idol. A large number of Jain and non-Jain brothers come here to make wishes.

Fearing that the Ang Shrut might be lost, the accomplished Acharya Dharsen wanted to impart that knowledge to deserving scholars. Pushpadant and Bhutbali acquired knowledge from him. Thereafter these two sadhus spent their first Chaturmas in Ankleshwar. There both these sages planned to propagate the condition. Thus Ankleshwar is a holy land due to the feet of Pushpadant and Bhutbali.
