It is lord Shiva temple on bank of river in Bicholim taluka Goa state. With beautiful natural beauty. It is a medium sized temple which was recently rebuilt. This is the third temple that has been rebuilt. It is the main temple for people who live nearby. There is a hall inside the temple in front of which is the sanctum sanctorum. A black colored Shivalinga is installed in the sanctum sanctorum. This village was named Vathdev village after the name of the temple. The temple Rudreshwar is located two kilometers inside the road leading to Bicholim.
