King Raukh, after suffering the tortures of hell, was born in the form of a terrible poisoner. After Sakae bit a Brahmin, he again went to hell and was born in the womb of a lion and ate a king. Then, due to Karma Vipak, he was born as a tiger, elephant, Capricorn, vampire, Brahma Rakshas, dog, Shrigal, Girdhra and in the 11th birth, he was born in Chandal Yoni, the city of Avanti.
Here also a Brahmin was punished for stealing from his house. There, while having darshan of a particular Linga, he died and went to heaven. Due to the influence of darshan and prayer, he became a king named Vishweshwar. Due to the memory of his previous birth, he came to Mahakalvan and worshiped this divine Linga. Lord Mahadev was pleased and gave it divine motion. This divine Linga became famous by the name of Vishveshwar. The king, adorned by his entourage, boarded a plane and went to Shiv Lok.
By seeing this, people become free from the sins of thoughts, words and actions of seven births. Darshan brings prosperity to man and his misfortune and ill-luck are destroyed. He gets the desired mental prosperity.
