This life-size idol of Apeshwar Mahadev was found while plowing a field in Vikram Samvat 1318. According to legends, due to the spontaneous appearance of the idol, it was named Apeshwar Mahadev.

Due to this the village was named Ramsen and later gradually it came to be known and known as Ramseen. There is also a pond outside the temple. Its water is considered similar to the water of Dwarka.
