This temple is built with 108 pillars
Made of 108 pillars, this temple has 24 pillars for the sanctum sanctorum, which represents time. A boundary wall has been built around the temple with the remaining 84 pillars. This temple faces east. Devotees here say that the first ray of sunrise falls directly on the idol of Bholenath in the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Another specialty of the temple is that the idol of Goddess Parvati along with Lord Bholenath is present in the sanctum sanctorum. Here, worshiping Shivalinga with special adornment is famous. Shivalinga is decorated in different forms every day on the lines of Mahakal of Ujjain. Whenever Adiguru Shankaracharya passes through this route, he definitely comes to see Lord Bholenath.
