This is one of the most beautiful and ancient temples in Turuvekere. The Nandi in this temple steals the attention of visitors with its unmatchable beauty. The garbhagriha has a unique Shivalinga with Ganga carved over its head. The soapstone bell on the eastern porch is one more astonishing thing inside this temple. It’s a beautiful shiva temple , almost 1000 years old and with in 0.5 km surrounding two more templess are there. The nandhi is very big and beautiful. Even after 1000 years, it still shines.
