Shri Jagrateshwar Mahadev Temple is an ancient temple near Bharatmata Chowk in North Nagpur. This temple dates back to the time of Gond kings and the temple has been renovated from time to time. But most of the Nagpur residents of the present generation do not know this temple. The tomb of Jagoba Maharaja is here. The temple area houses Sri Siddhivinayak Ganapati, Sri Adichalingeshwar Mahadev Temple, Sri Kalabhairava Temple, Sri Batuk Bhairava Temple, Sri Udasi Math and other temples. This temple area is called Kashi in Nagpur. The uniqueness of Shri Jagruteshwar Temple as a self-contained and ancient temple continues even today. There is a lot of space in the temple. Shri Jagrateshwar Devasthan Trust Mahadev Temple must be seen as a village deity.
