Shri Kale Ram Temple Ayodhya

Ayodhya tour is incomplete without the darshan of Black Ram, know what is the belief?

Ayodhya. Ayodhya, the city of Lord Ram situated on the banks of Saryu, is famous all over the world for its historical heritage. There is also a mythological temple of Black Ram in the same Ayodhya. The Kaleram temple located on Ram ki Paidi was restored by King Vikramaditya 2000 years ago and the Ram temple was built, but when Babar attacked in 1528, the then saint Shyamnand Saraswati fought the attack of the Mughals. Seeing this, the idol was taken out and floated in Saryu. That idol remained lying in the Saryu river for about 220 years. In 1748, when a Brahmin from Maharashtra was doing penance on the banks of Saryu, while bathing in Saryu, he found an idol which he told that it was Kaleram.This idol was restored in the Kale Ram temple just behind the Nageshwar Nath temple. Kale Ram Temple also has a special place among the seven important places of Ayodhya.

Gopal Rao Desh Pandey, priest of Kale Ram temple, tells that this idol (idol) remained in Ram’s birthplace for one and a half thousand years. Where thousands of devotees visit and worship Kale Ram every day. Kale Ram fulfills the wishes of all the devotees. According to belief, a visit to Ramnagari is considered incomplete without seeing Black Ram.
