According to the temple priest Pawan ji, this temple is about four centuries old. It is believed that this temple was established by the Tantrik Yeti who lived here. There is a belief about the Manshapurna Hanumanji temple located in the Haveli of Badnore that once a Tantrik Yeti, through Tantra Vidya, dropped consecrated oil on the rock, after which the Hanuman idol itself awakened here. Although there is a rush of devotees in the temple every day, but every Tuesday and Saturday a large number of devotees come here. Special events are organized here on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. Hanumanji is specially decorated and offered fifty-six offerings. On this occasion, a huge Bhandara is organized for about 50 thousand people. On Hanuman Jayanti, a grand procession of Lord Hanuman is taken out, which is the center of everyone’s attraction.
