Sachcha Dev Shri Sumatinath Bhagwan This shrine is on the main road in the middle of Matar village.

The main deity Shri Sumatinath Bhagwan is seated in a white coloured 76 cm tall Padmasana postured idol. This idol was found in the soil of Sihunj village near Mahudha village of Kheda district. It is written that this idol was installed by Shri Laxmisagarsurishwarji on Sunday, Vaishakh Sud 7, Vikram Samvat 1523. This idol was brought to Matar. After constructing a grand temple, it was installed again on Sunday, Jeth Sud 3, Vikram Samvat 1854. This idol was brought from Sahunj village to Matar in a chariot. Then there was a flood due to Varsaad near the confluence of Vatrak and Shedhi rivers. But the charioteer saw sand instead of water. And the devotees followed him and crossed the river without any hindrance. Due to which all the devotees said that ‘This is the true God.’ From that day onwards, Sachadev is known everywhere by the name of Sumatinath. Here one can find stories of many miracles.

In Vikram Samvat 1977, the Bawan Jinalaya was renovated, consecrated and given anjanshalaka by the ruling emperor Acharya Shri Nemisuriswarji Maharaj Saheb.

In Vikram Samvat 2007, on the day of Vaishakh Sud 5, the consecration was done by Acharya Siddhisuriswarji Maharaj Saheb.

In front of Moolnayakji, in the garbhaara, there is the idol of Sumatinathji. This temple also has an ancient idol of a goddess of 12-13 saikas.
