The Shri Neminath Bhagwan Jain Derasar is a Jain temple located at the Valam Jain Tirth in Valam, Mahesana district, Gujarat. The temple features artistic wall paintings and a traditional hall, with amenities including a dharamshala (pilgrimage lodge) for lodging and a bhojanshala (dining hall). The history of this shrine is believed to be very ancient. It is said that in scriptures a reference is found about three Jain idols made and installed by a Jain householder named Ashadi Shravak in the past. These present idols are one of them. There is no inscription on it but its very shape and form speaks of its antiquity. In the area surrounding this village many old artistic relics are available which in itself is a testimony of the antiquity of this place.
Detailed history of this shrine and the area is not available. So ancient and beautiful the idol of Sri Neminath Bhagwan is rarely to be sighted anywhere else. Its significance lies in its being made and installed by a Jain householder Ashadhi Shravak. On Vaishakh Sukla 6 every year, an anniversary is celebrated at this place.
