Just 1 km from here is the village of Miyagam. Its ancient name was Mahia Nagari. Thousands of families once lived here. The village boasted four spire-shaped Jain temples. The Jain population dwindled. The worshippers were no longer there, and the Jain temples began to be abandoned.
To remove this hopelessness, Bandhu Beldi Acharya Shri Jinchandrasagarsuri and Acharya Shri Hemchandrasagarsuri inspired the leaders of the Jain Sangh of Miyagam to install the idol of the Lord elsewhere. But since they were not willing, Pujyashree proposed the idea of a Sumeru-Navkar Tirtha, where the idols from all the Jain temples in Miyagam could be installed together. This satisfied all the leaders. On the auspicious day of Maha Vad 7, 14/2/2001, on the auspicious day of Maha Vad 7, 14/2/2001, Anjanashala was consecrated before the Ashtanhika Mahotsav under the guidance of Bandhu Beldi Acharya Shri Jinachandrasagarsuri and Acharya Shri Hemchandrasagarsuri Maharaj Saheb in Sumeru Navkar Teerth. Shresthi Kishorbhai Bhimji Sanghvi took full advantage of the festival.
The main deity in the Jain temple is Lord Vasupujya Swami. The idol is very ancient. The upper floor houses the idols of 19 other wandering deities, including Simandhar Swami. The Dharamshala and the dining hall are beautifully arranged. This shrine is located 13 km from Miyagam Karjan station. Anastu shrine is 5 km away.

Vasupujya Dada (of the Jain Religion) is the main deity at the lower level and equally awe inspiring is the deity and the hall at the upper level where one pays ones respects to Simandhar Swami Bhagwan.

It’s a beautiful Jain temple situated on a way to amod from karjan. Approximately 3.5 km from karjan. It’s a replication of meru mountain described in our hindu scriptures. The main diety is vasu pujya swami bhagwan.The temple is three storeyed. There is an idol of simandar swami on the top floor. The celling of the temple is beautifully designed in circular. The pillars are round and well designed. The outer side of dome is beautifully painted with golden colour, so it is also known as golden temple.
