Shri Suparshvnath Digamber Jain Mandir Atishaya Kshetra, Buria,Yamuna Nagar,Haryana
Shri 1008 Suparshvanath Digambar Jain Temple. The sanctum sanctorum of the temple is 300 years old.
The Budia Jain Temple, the Budia Jain community, has a long history and heritage. It symbolizes the excellence and prosperity of the old days. In the year 2002, when Shri 108 Saurabh Sagar Maharaj Ji visited Budia, he declared this temple as an Atishya Kshetra. In 2004, the Archaeological Survey of India surveyed the temple and determined that it is 250-300 years old. The original altar in the temple is dedicated to Lord Suparshvanath. A nine-headed serpent, with its hoods spread, stands as a canopy over the statue. Such a unique statue is rare. This statue is over 600 years old. To the left of the main altar is the altar dedicated to Lord Chandraprabhu, and to the right is the Chaubisi altar. According to the Vikram Samvat, both altars house numerous Jain statues dating back 600 years. If we take the date as 1548 according to the Vira Samvat, the Jain year panji would make the statue approximately 1000 years old. Some Ashtadhatu statues are experimentally dated to be even older than 1000 years.
Along with the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, there is also a huge assembly hall.
