Taranga Vihardham is one of the best Jain temple with superb carvings. Stone carving is really superb. It is located between Dhrangadhra and Halvad on Kutch highway. Temple complex is neat and clean. Lodging and boarding facility is available.

This Jain Temple is wonderful, everything here is beautifully crafted, the sculpture of the Main Idol is so good to look at. If you are a Jain and want to do pooja of idol then there’s a public snaangruh with a changing room so that you don’t need to rent a room for only a bath. The rooms in Dharamshala of this pilgrimage are very clean, the food of Bhojanalay of this pilgrimage tastes so good and the food served is very rich in protein. The best part of this pilgrimage is that it’s located on the highway.

This is temple is mainly known for unique and beautiful sculptures of god and goddess. You will not find the same anywhere.

The popular story about this amazing temple is that it took 100 workers, around 7 years to create the beautiful carvings that adorn this temple (couldn’t verify the facts behind this story). The moolnayak (main) idol is of Shri Ajitnath Swami. There is a separate Guru Mandir with auto sensing lights dedicated to Acharya Kalapurna Maharaj Saheb. There’s good arrangement for Dharamshala and Bhojanshala. And lastly, the light arrangements at night time enhance the beauty of the temple.
